Booking conditions

Check-in and check-out
The rooms are available from 2 pm.
Check-in until 18.30 - Check-out until 10 a.m.

Pets
Pets are not allowed in our house.

Prices
All daily rates are per person in a double room in Euro including VAT.
All prices refer to a minimum stay of 3 days. For stays of less than 3 nights, a short-term surcharge of € 10.- is applied.
The price does not include local tax. (from 15 years: 2.80 euros per person per night)

Child discounts:
up to 2 years free, 3 - 5 years 75%, 6 - 8 years 50% and 9 - 12 years 20% discount

Cancellation policy
According to the regulations of the Austrian Hotel Association the following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
3 months to 1 month before arrival 30% of the travel price.
1 month to 1 week before arrival 70% of the travel price.
Within the last week before arrival 90% of the travel price.
For early departure 100%.
